The first television shows appeared in the 1930s. The first maniacal station was called W3XK. It was created by Charles Jenkin. He wanted to make Tv because he wanted people to see the bigger picture. He also thought it would be a way to make life more fun. There were only a certain number of channels at first but then as technology progressed the amount of channels got bigger. It looked like a box. It was very heavy vs the TVs we have today that are flat screen. We have come a long way and improved the look since then. Now there are over 200 channels and so many different types of Tv networks. ABC started off as one of the major networks that Television had at first. It started with so many amazing shows. I personally am I huge Tv fan. Although most days people watch Netflix streaming apps. I love original Tv more. There are just so many shows to offer. I believe that Tv will never go away because of its popularity among many people.
